Abstracts
The Vision 2023 Denver conference is pleased to announce the call for abstracts. This conference aims to facilitate the dissemination of new research on vision impairment/blindness and best practices for low vision and blind rehabilitation services. We realize that depending on the topic, different formats may be preferred. Therefore, we are pleased to offer the submission types described below. SHORT PRESENTATIONS:
These presentations will be grouped by topical area to form a cohesive session and may combine more than one presentation type. Additionally, authors must choose a preference for a paper (oral) presentation or a poster presentation. Preferences will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Paper (oral) presentations are 12-minutes with an additional 3 minutes for questions. Only one presenter is permitted for the oral sessions, although there can be non-presenting co-authors. Posters will be displayed for a minimum of a half-day of the conference and will have a dedicated session time for the authors to discuss their poster with attendees.- Research

ONE TO TWO-HOUR PRESENTATIONS:
These presentations are stand-alone and will not be grouped with other presentations. Due to their length, there will be fewer opportunities for presentation in these categories.- Workshop and lecture
- Panel presentation
Vision 2023 Denver will be an in-person meeting. If your abstract is accepted, you and any co-presenters (for formats that permit them) should be available to present in Denver during the dates of the meeting. All presenters must register for the meeting.
